Once your company is fully terminated within TriNet, the cloud applicants will also terminate, and you will not have access to the tools.
Below is a list of action items to consider before your company terminates with TriNet.
You will want to complete these actions before the company is terminated.
Applicant Tracking Tool:
Be sure to close and properly disposition all open jobs in ATS.
Run any final background checks (if applicable).
Disposition all candidates to the appropriate workflow step.
The company owner can export all job and candidate data to a CSV. (or send a case to cloudproductsupportteam@trinet.com).
Run any final needed reports in the Reports tab.

Expense:
Export any final reports to the on-cycle payroll before payroll processes.
Individually download all reports to pdf that are needed. (including receipts)
Export any final reports to accounting (if applicable)
Export all reports needed in Reports>Company up to 100 at one time.
Be sure any pending reports are approved and any unsubmitted reports are submitted by users.

Export Reports to QuickBooks Online – TriNet Cloud Help Desk
Perform:
Complete/Approve all active goals as applicable.
End all live reviews and send back all reports.
Ensure all employees/managers have signed (if applicable)
Admin will need to individually download all PDFs in activity tab/reports tab (there is no bulk download for pdfs)
Download any batch csv review data in the Activity tab as needed.
