Only a Company Owner (CO) or admin can end the review process. This article will explain the three ways you can end a review.
Log into TriNet and click Performance and Learning/ Goals and Review.
From the left menu click Activity.
Select the ended review that you would like to end.
Reviews can be ended at three distinct levels.
1. End Individual Review - This option allows you to end a single employee review.
2. End Reviews by Manager Group - This option will end all reviews for a specific manager.
3. End ALL Reviews - This will end all reviews, but you will want to make sure that all reviews have been submitted to HR otherwise they will be lost.
When you click END ALL REVIEWS, the system will generate a confirmation message.
If there are reviews that are not submitted to HR, a Warning window will display.
Once you have ended a review, only admin will have visibility to the completed reports. You are now ready to move on to the next step of sending this information back to managers by releasing reports. (See Article Reviews: Release Reports)
