Once a review process has been ended (see Ending the Review Process), admins can preview and download a PDF or CSV of each completed review. Managers and employees will not have visibility to their reviews until an admin releases the completed reviews (Reports). This article outlines the options you have when choosing how to release these reports.

Log into TriNet and click Performance and Learning/ Goals and Review.
From the left menu click Activity.
Select the ended review that you would like to release.
Reviews can be released at three distinct levels. At each level, the admin has the option to release the report to the manager or to the manager and employee at the same time. Releasing the report to the manager allows the manager to preview and then release the report to the employee when they are ready to discuss the review.
1. Release an individual Report - This option can be seen on the employee's tile.
2. Release reports by Manager group - This option can be seen under the manager's name.
3. Release ALL reviews - This option can only be seen once the entire review has ended.
Click Release All Reports. You can then choose HR Release Reports to send reports to both manager and employee at the same time or select Managers Release Reports to send reports only to managers.
