Company Owner, Admin and Bookkeeper can only be assigned a Subscription User Type.
The Company Owner or Administrators can change any employee to Activity Based Usage by going to Settings > Company Settings > Manage Users.
Select the users who require the activity based user type and click Assign Activity.
The Company Owner or Administrators can change any employee to Subscription Usage by going to Settings > Company Settings > Manage Users.
Select the users who require the subscription user type and click Assign Subscription.
