The Personal Settings view contains the following features:
Personal - Where you can edit you personal information and set alerts
Digital Signature - If you would like TriNet Expense to automatically sign and date your expense reports with your name, check the box Digital Signatures
Report - Where you set up how you want to submit an expense report, including exporting to any of our supported integrations.
Expenses- Settings for expenses, including mileage reimbursement and currency
Mileage Rate- Set for IRS standard. Change the amount your company allows you to reimburse and hit Save. Anytime you add a new mileage expense this figure will calculate how much you are to be reimbursed.
Base Currency - Select from 160 currencies as your base currency. Each new transaction added and reports submitted will default to your base currency.
Currency Rate Increase - Increases the currency conversion by percent (Example: base currency exchange rate + 2%, then add .02 in the field)
Expenses Per Page - This will default the amount of expense to show per page
Expense Rules - How expenses are categorized and displayed
Expense Rules - Represents transactions you have requested we remember when they appear again.Expenses shown here have been marked "Apply To All Similar Expenses" in the Edit Detail section.These are either personal/unwanted expenses you do not want in reports or expenses you have specified to show a different display name and category when they occur again.
Categories - Add, edit and delete expense categories
Integration Mapping - Where you can import 3rd party "chart of account" expense categories and map them to your TriNet Expense Management categories
Template Mapping - Where you can modify how categories are displayed in your PDF template.
