The Job Approval team is responsible for approving a pending Job post before the Job can be moved into an Open status and would be eligible to be shared outside of applicant tracking tool. The Job will NOT move to an Open status until the job has been approved by all members of the job approval team.
Creating these teams is optional.
To create a Job approval team, click on the Team tab.
At the top of the screen, click Create a Job Approval Team.
NOTE: Admin level permissions are required to be part of the Job Approval Team in applicant tracking tool.
Here you can choose members of your account to act as approvers for a certain job or jobs. Just type the name of the person you want in your chain in the fields below. Please note the order. You can have as many as you like but the approval order will be sequential based on how many people you include in your team. The job this team responsible for will NOT be opened until everyone on the team has approved it.
Give your team a name in the Name field.
In the dropdown select the first approver.
Click Add Another if you intend to add a second approver.
After you have added all the members of the approval team, click Create Job Approval Team.

When the approval team has been added to the job post, the job creator will submit for approval.
Each member of the approval team will get an email notification when it is their turn to approve.
The first member of that approval team will see the pending job waiting for review on the HOME dashboard under Jobs Pending Review. Click on the Dialable 3 to see the list of pending jobs.
Click the job title to see the job details.
Click Approve or Reject.
Note: If you intend to remove the approval team from the job, it must be rejected first.
Confirm Approval.
If there is another member of the approval team, it will then route the approval to the next member, and they will repeat the same steps above.
Once all members of the team have approved the job post, the job will move to an Open status.
