In order to configure your feedback you will need to go to the Settings tab under the Admin Panel.
Select the Feedback tab.
You may customize how 1 on 1 Feedback, Public Feedback and Private Notes are managed and shown.
1 on 1 Feedback

Private Notes cannot be turned off.
Write: You have three options of who can write 1 on 1 Feedback about you:
1. Manager + Me: Your manager and yourself.
2. My Team Peers: Your manager, yourself and your team peers.
3. Company Wide: All employees within the company including your manager and yourself.
Score: You have the option to choose the scoring that will be available to your employees:No Scoring, Only Positive or both Positive or Negative.
Public Feedback
First, you have the option to turn on or off Public Feedback. Reference this help topic how of employees will create Public Feedback, if you decide to turn on Public Feedback: Add Public Feedback.
Write: You have the option to choose who can write public feedback about you: your Team Peers or Company Wide.
Share: You can also pick who can share/see Public Feedback: your Team or Company Wide. If you pick Company Wide, employees will have both the option to pick Team or Company.
Score: You have the option to choose the scoring that will be available to your employees: No Scoring, Only Positive or both Positive or Negative.
Private Notes

All changes made will be automatically saved once you have clicked the desired tab you wish to change.
