In order to change your goal settings, you will need to go to the Settings page.
Next, you will need to select the Goals tab in the upper right hand corner.
You may customize the drop down goal categories that employees can choose from when creating new goals. Delete goal categories by selecting the X next to the category and add new goal categories by entering the name of the goal category in the "Category Name" field and click on the +.
Also, on that page you can manage who gets to create and approve goals. Click on either the MANAGER, EMPLOYEE, or HR ADMIN button. The chosen setting will be automatically saved.
