Performance Management Visibility gives you the option to choose either Same Tier or Top Down Visibility.
The Same Tier Visibility allows Managers to see only their direct reports Feedback, Goals, and Reports.
The Top Down Visibility gives Managers the ability to view all the way down the reporting chain.
Top Down Visibility affects Feedback, Goals and Reports and comes in the form of a “Channel" tab. The "Channel" tab allows managers to view feedback, goal and reports for all the employees down their reporting chain. Below displays the "Channel" tab within the Feedback page.
How to Configure the Performance Visibility Setting?
Go to the Settings Tab.
Within the Settings Tab, click on the General tab.
By default, the Performance Visibility is set to Same Tier Visibility. To change it to Top Down Visibility, click on the “Top Down Visibility” text. Your changes to the Performance Visibility will be automatically saved.
To change the Performance Visibility back to Same Tier Visibility, click on the “Same Tier Visibility “ text.
