During the two steps of this side by side review, you can decide whether an employee can see the review results as soon as a manager submitted their review to HR or if the employee should wait until the review is ended and the reports are released.
The Hide Scores During Review option does not share the review to the employee until the Admin ends the review and the report has been released. This option is set as default.
The Share Scores During Review option shares the review results with the employee as soon as the manager has submitted the reviews to HR and before the Admin ends the review process and releases the reports. Employees and Managers have the ability to print and/or download the review for their 1-on-1 meeting.
How to Configure the Reviews Setting?
Go to the Settings Tab.
Within the Settings Tab, click on the Review tab.
By default, the Reviews is set to Hide Scores During Review. To change it to Share Scores During Review, click on the “Share Scores During Review” text. Your changes to the Reviews will be automatically saved.
To change the Shares Scores During Review back to Hide Scores During Review, click on the “Hide Scores During Review“ text.
