TriNet Expense supports a variety of PDF template formats to use in conjunction with the online system. When an expense report is submitted, both the user submitting and the approver/bookkeeper will receive an email with a link to the PDF. Additionally, anytime a report is submitted to the supported integrations, a PDF template link can be sent via email. Free users have access to the TriNet Expense Template. All other PDF template are accessible to our premium subscribers.
