When creating a 360 review template, you have the option of hiding the additional comments from the Employee's report/finalized review or showing the additional comments within the Employee's report/finalized review.
Show 360 comments: All comments entered in the "Add Comment" field will display on the Employee's report/finalized review.
Hide 360 comments: This option will not display any comments written in the "Add Comment" field. The "Add Comment" field is automatically populated for each question when the review template is published. The hide comment option does not apply to "Open Ended Comment" answer types.
