Feedback is a note that is only visible to the creator of the feedback and the manager of who the feedback is about. Example: Employee A leaves feedback for Employee B. Therefore, Employee A will see the feedback in his or her “My Feedback” tab and Employee B’s manager will see the feedback in the “Team” tab. The feedback is not visible to Employee B. Feedback is design for managers to reference these notes when completing direct reports’ reviews.
