First you will log into your TriNet account (https://login.trinet.com).

Once logged into your TriNet account you can log on from either your Employee View or the Admin/Manager View.
From the Employee View > click on "People" from the dashboard on the left:
Then click on "Applicant Tracking".
This will take you in to a new window and open the TriNet Applicant Tracking account.
Or from the Admin/Manager View > Click on "Hiring">Then click on "Applicant Tracking".
This will take you into a new window and open the TriNet Applicant Tracking account.
To clone/duplicate a job posting, go to the Jobs tab. You can clone a job in any Status (Open, Pending, Rejected, Filled, and Closed).
Find the job you want to clone. In this example, the "Project Manager" job will be cloned in the "Open" status.
Click on "Action" (to the far-right hand side) of the Job Title.
From the drop-down window, click on "Clone this Job".
The clone job will automatically appear on the top of the listed jobs. The clone job will have a new requisition number as while as a new creation date.
If you intend to remove the first job, you can close the job, and move the applicants to the new cloned requisition.
Click on Action > click on 'move job to closed'.
TriNet will send an updated XML file to the job boards that night, and this should remove the old post from the boards and refresh it with the new cloned position.
Be sure to manually move the applicants to the updated requisition if needed.
