From the Employee View > click on "People" from the dashboard on the left:
Then click on "Applicant Tracking".
This will take you into a new window and open the TriNet Applicant Tracking account.
Or from the Admin/Manager View > Click on "Hiring">Then click on "Applicant Tracking".
This will take you into a new window and open the TriNet Applicant Tracking account.
**Only Owner or Admin roles can create a location.
To add a new location, you will first need to go to the Locations page that is located under the Admin section in the column on the left-hand side of the page.
Once there, you will need to click on the orange button located in the upper right-hand corner of the page labeled +Create New Location.
After clicking this button, you will be taken to a Create New Location page that will provide you with a template to enter all necessary information pertaining to your location.
Once you have finished entering all the information, click on the blue Create New Location button at the bottom of the page to add the new Location to your Job Locations page.
Pro Tip- If you intend to post Remote positions tied to a remote location, be sure to ONLY call out REMOTE in the Title of the location. The job boards will still require a legitimate City, State and Zip code to post your job.
If you would like to post a job in more than one location, see the article: Hire/Applicant Tracking-Cloning a Job Post – TriNet Cloud Help Desk to copy and clone a job.
Now that the location is created, you can add it to your job post. A location is required when posting a job.
Navigate to the Jobs tab>click Post a Job
You will complete the data entry for the job and find the dropdown for adding the Location. Only one location can be tied to each job post.
