The review distribution is based off department. Therefore, you will need to create a sub-department named after the individual employee. For example, Employee A is in the Marketing department. You will create a department called "Employee A" (department name does not matter as long as you can distinguish the department from the other departments) and nest this department under Marketing (Add A Department). Then, change the department for Employee A within his/her Edit Profile window from Marketing to "Employee A" (Editing User's Profile Information (Admins)). If you currently have an active review, you will need to duplicate the review template (Duplicate Review Templates). When you go to the review template, you will see Employee A in the "Distribution" window > click on "Employee A". Then, click the "Publish" button, which will distribute the review to Employee A.
