First you will log into your TriNet account (https://login.trinet.com).

Once logged into your TriNet account you can log on from either your Employee View or the Admin/Manager View.
From the Employee View > click on "People" from the dashboard on the left:
Then click on "Applicant Tracking".
This will take you into a new window and open the TriNet Applicant Tracking account.
Or from the Admin/Manager View > Click on "Hiring">Then click on "Applicant Tracking".
This will take you into a new window and open the TriNet Applicant Tracking account.
There are a few ways to change a Job Status.
To change a job status within the Job editor, select the job then the Edit button.
Scroll down to the Job Description section and select the new job status from the drop-down.
You can also change a Job's status by clicking on the Jobs tab>click into the status group intended (open, pending, filled, closed, rejected) >Check the box to the left of the Job requisition number>click on the Actions dropdown on the right-hand side> and click Move to 'status'.
You can also move multiple Jobs to the same status at once.
You can navigate to the Jobs tab>click into the Status group intended (open, pending, filled, closed, rejected) > grab the desired list of jobs with the box to the left of the requisition number>click on Batch Actions on the right-hand side>click Move to 'status'.
