The Audit Trail page is only accessible to the Company Owner and Admin role. This page is only available when either Delegate Access feature has been turned on and will not be shown if a company has this feature turned off under Company Settings.
The Audit Trail will provide a log of all actions taken by a Full Access or Vacation Delegate.
You can access this page under Settings > Company Settings > Audit Trail.
