The "Add to Another Job" batch action allows an Owner or Admin or to add applicants to another Open job and choose an Active workflow status.
Go to the Job's tab
Click on the appropriate Open job title
Click on the "APPLICANTS" tab
Select the appropriate applicants by clicking on the check boxes next the applicants' names
Click "Batch Actions"
Click "Add to Another Job" from the "Batch Actions" dropdown
Within the "Add to Another job" window, choose the desired Open job from the "Choose a Job..." dropdown
Then, choose the desired Active workflow status from the "Chose a status..." dropdown
Click "Add"
The selected applicants will be added to the chosen job with the chosen Active status
NOTE: If there are any actions (tasks or emails) associated with the Active status, you will be given the option to change the status with or without the action being triggered.
