The "Change Status" batch action allows an Owner, Admin or Hiring Manager role to disposition multiple applicants for a job to a specific workflow status at once.
Go to the "Jobs" tab
Click on the appropriate job title
Click on the "APPLICANTS" tab
Select the appropriate applicants by clicking on the check boxes next the applicants' names
Click "Batch Actions"
Click "Change Status" from the "Batch Actions" dropdown
Within the "Change Status" window, choose the desired status from the "Choose a Status..." dropdown
Click "Change Status"
The statuses for the selected applicants will change.
NOTE: Any actions (tasks or emails) associated with the status will be sent to the task assignee(s) or the email recipient(s).
