If you review is not saving and/or you are seeing a "Document out of date" message on the bottom right hand corner, please make sure you are using Google Chrome or Firefox when using TriNet Perform. Also, please make sure you only have one (1) web browser tab or window open on the page you are filling out the review. If you have more than one tab or window open on the review page when completing the review, you will receive an "Document out of date" error message. If you see this message, this message indicates that there are two (2) web browser tabs and/or windows opened on the review simultaneously.
For example: You open one tab to do your self review. Then (possibly by accident) you open another tab to your self review page. Now, you have two tabs open at the same time and both tabs are on the review.
At this time, both tabs have the same version number (for example, Version 66) because they both have the same amount of questions answered. But let's say on Tab 1 you complete 5 out of 10 questions and click save. Now, the review on Tab 1 has a new version number (Version 67) while the review on Tab 2 as the original version number (Version 66). You go to Tab 2 that is showing that no questions have been answered and start completing the review. You will get the "Review is Out of Date" message on Tab 2 because the self review has the new version number (Version 67) on Tab 1. The review information on Tab 2 is not saved because Tab 1 overrides any information left on Tab 2.
Please make sure you only have one (1) tab open on the self review page. Please close out the tab or window, at home and/or at work, every time after you save the review to avoid the review information from not saving.
