In order to Single Sign On (SSO) into TriNet Perform from TriNet Passport, the email address within TriNet Perform must match the work email address within the TriNet Platform.

You can view your work email address on the TriNet Platform by navigating to the circle in the upper right corner with your initials > Profile.

Ask your TriNet Perform Admin within your company what email address is associated with your TriNet Perform account. ***See below.

TriNet Perform: If you need to change your TriNet Perform email address to match your work email address on the TriNet Platform, please contact your TriNet Perform Admin. ***See below.
TriNet Platform: If you need to change your work email address on the TriNet Platform, navigate to the circle in the upper right corner with your initials > Profile > Edit > scroll down to "Contact.”
4. SSO into TriNet Perform
Once the email address has been changed, you will be able to SSO into your TriNet Perform account by navigating to Performance and Learning > Goals and Review.
