If you emailed a receipt to receipts@trinetexpense.com and you do not see it, here are some things to check:
- receipt was sent with a file extension
- receipt was under 10MB.
- make sure it was sent from the email address that matches your TriNet Expense account.
- If it was a forwarded email, make sure Fwd is in the subject line
If you still don't see it, please email employees@trinet.com and we will take a look.
