First you will log into your TriNet account (https://login.trinet.com).

Once logged into your TriNet account you can log on from either your Employee View or the Admin/Manager View.
From the Employee View > click on People from the dashboard on the left:
Then click on Applicant Tracking.
This will take you into a new window and open the TriNet Applicant Tracking account.
Or from the Admin/Manager View > Click on Hiring >Then click on Applicant Tracking.
This will take you into a new window and open the TriNet Applicant Tracking account.
To search for an applicant, you must first navigate to the Talent tab.
From the Your Talent Pool page you will click on the button in the upper right-hand corner labeled Search Talent.
Next you will be able to search talent by applicant Name, by Tag word, or by candidate Rating.
Click on the orange Search Applicants button near the bottom right of the page when you have finished entering the search criteria. Candidates that match your search will appear in the talent pool below.
Once you click Search Applicants any matching profiles will be listed below the search criteria. You can then click on the name of the applicant's name in blue to navigate into their profile.
