Reviews are simply put questionnaires that ask questions paired with answers that either capture or score or qualitative feedback. These reviews are distributed to the entire company and are required by the reviewer, often the manager, to be completed by a certain date. The results of the reviews populate a portion of the reports scores, along with Notes and Goals.
When an employee is assigned a review, the review page will display the individual reviews and who the person to be reviewed are. That list shows a REVIEW button that, when clicked, takes the reviewer into the specific review. The progress of each review is also captured and reflected with a progress bar below each individual review.
A review will look something like the one above where the person's profile photo and name are in the header of the review, the progress bar counts the questions answered indicated by each green checkmark, and the save button saves the review data. Adding a comment is as simple as clicking on the gray chat bubble icon next to each question.
When completed all the reviews, the individual can Submit Reviews to HR to let your HR Administrator know that you're done your reviews. If some reviews are incomplete or not finished at all, they will be sent to the HR Administrator, however they can be sent back to you with a scolding for not finishing your reviews!
