First you will log into your TriNet account (https://login.trinet.com).

Once logged into your TriNet account you can log on from either your Employee View or the Admin/Manager View.
From the Employee View > click on People from the dashboard on the left:
Then click on Applicant Tracking.
This will take you into a new window and open the TriNet Applicant Tracking account.
Or from the Admin/Manager View > Click on "Hiring >Then click on Applicant Tracking.
This will take you into a new window and open the TriNet Applicant Tracking account.
To submit candidate feedback > navigate to the Talent tab.
Click on Search Talent.
Enter the applicant's name.
Click on Search applicants.
Click on the applicant's name.
Click on Feedback.
Click Submit Feedback.
Provide your overall candidate impression and five-star rating, then enter feedback for each of the six specific evaluation criteria sections (hover over the stars to rate).
Click Submit.
You can edit your submitted feedback by going to the Feedback tab and clicking on the pencil icon or delete the feedback by clicking on the "X".
You can also get to the feedback form by clicking on any criteria in the Candidate Evaluation Scores on the Talent profile dashboard.
The aggregative star ratings of all submitted ratings will display within the applicant's dashboard.
Note - Feedback and Ratings info is only visible to Admin(s) or Hiring Team members within the Applicant Tracking tool that holds the appropriate permissions to enter/view. The information is not visible to the candidate themselves.
**Remember: Feedback also known as Evaluation Criteria can be found/edited from the Admin Menu > Templates > Evaluation Criteria.
