First you will log into your TriNet account (https://login.trinet.com).

Once logged into your TriNet account you can log on from either your Employee View or the Admin/Manager View.
From the Employee View > click on People from the dashboard on the left:
Then click on Applicant Tracking.
This will take you into a new window and open the TriNet Applicant Tracking account.
Or from the Admin/Manager View > Click on "Hiring >Then click on Applicant Tracking.
This will take you into a new window and open the TriNet Applicant Tracking account.
To create an Email Template, go to the Templates tab in the admin panel.
This will lead you to the Templates & Forms page. Click the Email Templates tab located underneath the Templates & Forms header.
Once on the Email Template page, click on the orange + Create New Email Template button in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
A new page will open to Create a new email template. Fill out the required fields (denoted by an *) and click Save Template near the bottom of the page, when done.
The newly created template will appear in the Email Templates section. Under the Actions column, you can View (eye icon), Edit (pencil icon) or Copy/duplicate (page icon).
How to Clone or Copy an Existing Template.
Find the template under System Templates and click on the page icon under Actions.
Once you click on the paper icon, the duplicate template will appear under Email Templates. You can then edit/modify and/or rename your copy.
How to Use email Templates?
You will find your available templates under System Templates on the Templates & Forms page.
You can Preview, Edit, or Clone a template by clicking on one of the three icons under the Actions column.
To Preview a template, click on the eye icon.
To Edit a template, click on the pencil icon.
To Clone a Template, click on the page icon.
You can now use these templates for workflow steps (part of the hiring process) or you can use them to directly communicate with a candidate.
Templates are automatically populated under the Templates drop down section when communicating with a Candidate. (See Communicating With Candidates.)
