You can your direct reports and your manager by going to your Profile page.
To go to your Profile page, Hover over your name is the upper right hand corner and click on Profile. 
You will be taken to your Profile page. 
Scroll down to Reporting Relationships. Under Report Relationships, you will be able to see your direct reports and your manager. If there is an inaccuracy with the reporting relationships within TriNet Perform, please contact your TriNet Perform's company Admin to make the appropriate choices.
