    It has now been 44 mins since I've sent my email request and still no one has followed up with my request to reset my password. For anyone who cares, please don't make the mistake of three failed password attempts or you will have to sit and wait indefinitely for that one merciful TriNet support employee that will at some point chime in and help you. Sooooo disappointed.

    I have changed my password several times and wrote it down and still comes up locked after it says it has successfully been changed
