To set up Delegate Access in the Expense Management tool for a user you will navigate to Settings >> then under Company Settings > Manage Users.
On the Manage Users page, select the user's profile by email address in which you would like to assign Delegate Access.
Depending on which delegate access feature is turned on, new fields will populate the options that you are able to choose in the user’s profile.
Navigate to the Delegate Access section and choose from the drop-down box the option for either Vacation or Full Access Delegate. The user which is selected in the drop-down will begin to have access when the edit user setting is saved. Click Save to save permissions for full access or vacation delegates.
An email notification is sent to the full access or vacation delegate to confirm that delegate access has been granted.
