On October 23, 2020 PNC is implementing a new feature that will require all existing PNC customers to re-authenticate their accounts using a one-time passcode (OTP). Existing customers will see an error code when attempting to download transactions.
Please click "Fix" or "Update" on the Accounts page to refresh your PNC account and re-authenticate by providing the OTP code received from PNC. This is a one time activity and the account should begin to aggregate successfully.
