Update: This has been resolved for iOS, the latest update release for TriNet Expense mobile app has fixed this issue. Please run update on your iPhone for resolution.
The TriNet Expense mobile app is experiencing a temporary issue with the map feature for mileage expenses.
Issue: When trying to add a mileage expense using the map feature within the mobile app, the error message "Service has received too many requests from your application within the allowed time period" is returned.
Workaround: Our mileage map feature is available for use in your online TriNet Expense account. To add a mileage expense using the map feature, follow directions below:
1. Login to TriNet Expense
2. Go to Expenses > Active (top menu bar)
3. Click "Add New Expense"
4. For category select "Mileage"
5. Click mouse cursor in the Miles field, select Use Map
6. Enter in location points
