To automate the pre-screening process, one can make a Common Question, with a "Yes" or "No" answer type, an automatic disqualifier.
What are the Common Questions with a "Yes" or "No" answer type?

- Are you authorized to work in the United States?
- Will you now or in the future require sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g. H-1B status)?
- Are you 18 years of age or older?
- Are you willing to work evenings?
- Are you willing to work weekends?
- Do you have a Commercial Drivers License?
How to make to make a Common Question a disqualifier and selecting a disqualifying answer?
When creating/editing a job post, go to the "Common Questions" section.
Under the "X" column, select the checkbox, which will also check the other two boxes.
Select the Disqualifying Answer (Yes or No).
Select a Not Hired Workflow Status in which the applicant will be placed if they submit an disqualifying answer.
If there is a email action associated with the Workflow Status, there will be an indication that an email will be sent to the disqualified applicants after applying.
