There are several Android users who have reported a unique case when attempting to install the TriNet Expense mobile application. They cannot install the latest version of the mobile app from the Google Play Store as they are receiving a 505 error code.
Since this is an issue within the Google Play store, Google Play support has provided us with the instructions below to try troubleshooting the matter.
1. Set the device’s time back one year and the clock back at least an hour, leave it there.
2. Go to the home screen, and then go back and correct the time to the present date and time.
3. Next, turn off your device and turn back on.
4. Now, try to install the TriNet Expense mobile app within the Google Play store.
