In order to change your goal settings, you will need to go to the Settings page.
To access the goal settings, click on Goals in between Feedback and Reviews.
You may customize the drop down goal categories that employees can choose from when creating new goals. To delete a goal category, select the "X" next to the category. To add a new category, enter the goal category name in the "Category Name" field and then click the "+" button.
Also, you can manage who gets to create and approve goals. You have three options:
MANAGER- Only a manager can create and approve goals for their direct reports.
EMPLOYEE- A manager can create goals for their direct reports. Also, employees can create goals only for themselves. However, only the manager can approve goals for their direct reports.
HR ADMIN- Admins can create goals for all employees. A manager can create goals for their direct reports. Employees can create goals only for themselves. Admins and Managers can approve goals
Once you have chosen, a blue message stating “The rule has been saved” will appear.
