To upgrade your trial account to a monthly subscription, please log into your Perform account as the role of Company Owner or Admin/Billing. Click on the "+ Upgrade Your Account".
If you received the below error message, you will need to click on Update Profile and enter your First and Last name on the next page. After entering your First and Last name, go back to the Home tab and click on "+ Upgrade Your Account".
Enter the necessary payment information required to subscribe for the upgrade to a paid account. Click the blue Subscribe button at the bottom of the page to complete.
