The 360 is also commonly known as a Peer to Peer review. In this review, every employee is reviewed by a peer or number of peers chosen by their manager or Admin(s). This can also be used to review outside the standard reporting structure, including reviews of managers by staff.
On the start date of the review, the managers or Admin(s) will be able to pick the review panels for their direct reports within their Reviews tab. When going to the Reviews tab, the user will see the selection panels as seen below:
A manager (within the Reviews tab) or Admin (within the Activity tab) can select the individuals within their team, or employees across the organization, by clicking on the "+". Then, the manager or Admin will type the name of the intended reviewer and select the name from the drop down window. Repeat this process to add individuals to the review panel.
The selected name will appear in the circles to the right. To remove a reviewer, click on the reviewer within the circle. The reviewer will be automatically removed from the review panel.
Once the manager has selected their review panels, the manager will click on the Submit to HR button. This will let the Admin know that the review panels have been selected. (If the Admin is choosing the review panels, the Admin does not have to submit the panels to HR.)
In the Activity tab, the Admin can manage the panel selections by selecting the review from the right side panel. The Admin can make any edits to the review panels in preparation for going live with the review.
When ready, the Admin can click on the START REVIEW blue button in order to release the review(s) to the employees on the review panel(s).*
*This is only applicable to the 360 Review as all other reviews have an automatic start once their scheduled date arrives.
