An employee must submit the Self Review first before the manager can completed the Manager's portion. If a manager has multiple direct reports, all the direct reports need to submit their reviews to the manager in order for the "Submit Reviews to HR" button.
Once the employee submits the Self Review to the Manager, the Manager will go to his Reviews tab.
Click on the "Review" blue button for the employees that have submitted their Self Reviews to access the Manager Review.
The manager will see what the employee scored his or herself and any comments the employee left. The Manager must answer all questions and completes the review questionnaire.
The review information will automatically save. You will see a save message when you answer a question or leave a comment in the upper right hand corner of the review.
Then, click on the "Back to All Reviews" button.
When the manager completes his or her review(s) for all employees, click on the "Submit Reviews to HR" button.
After you submit the review to HR, the blue "Review" option will turn into a "View Review" button. When you click on "View Review" you have the option to print the review or download as a PDF in the upper right hand corner.
