Depending on whether you are an employee without any reports, a manager, or an administrator, you will see filters throughout the site to focus your view on pertinent information around you and your role.
These filters are in the form of tabs that read: Myself, Team and Company. Anything under MySelf is your performance data, notes you wrote and goals you were assigned. Anything under the Team tab relates to the people who report to you, the notes written about them and their goals. And finally the Company tab is a view across the organization - reserved for administrator roles and the company owner.
