The specifics of how to access Marketplace depend on which TriNet product line you use. Please follow the appropriate instructions for the products as indicated below for TriNet Passport, SOI, Ambrose and Accord.
We highly recommend using Chrome, Firefox, or Safari while using TriNet Marketplace since Internet Explorer is known to have functionality issues.
When you click "Log In" on the Marketplace homepage you will see the box below.
TriNet Passport Users
All TriNet Passport users must first login to HR Passport and from there access Marketplace in the "My Company -> My Resources" menu. You can view these instructions when you click on the TriNet Passport button from the login prompt.
TriNet SOI Users
SOI users can sign in on the Marketplace website directly at TriNetMarketplace.com. From the "Log In" menu, select the "TriNet SOI" button indicated in the image below. You will then be prompted for your SOI Portal credentials or be asked to register for the SOI portal. Upon successful login, you will be returned to TriNet Marketplace and can begin browsing offers.
New Ambrose & Accord Users
First time Ambrose and Accord users will need to go through a quick registration directly on the Marketplace website. From the "Log In" menu click on the link on the Ambrose or Accord button and you will be taken to the subsequent registration screen.
In the registration screen below, please be sure to only use the email address associated with your company account, otherwise, you may not be granted access. Once you've successfully registered, you will be able to log directly into Marketplace.
Returning Ambrose & Accord Users
Once you have successfully registered, you can log in directly using your work email and password.
