TriNet Expense Management allows you to identify a class at the expense line item level.
1. To enable this feature, please go to Settings > Personal Settings > Reports. Next to QuickBooks Desktop or QuickBooks Online there will be an "Edit" button.
2. Select "Edit", check the box "Import Classes", and press "Save".
This feature will import the Classes from QuickBooks Desktop or QuickBooks Online to be used at the expense line item level. You can uncheck the box "Import Classes" and click "Save" to disable this feature.
If QuickBooks' Classes are enabled, you can select the class at the expense line item level by pressing the "Edit Details" button.
