Company Owners and Administrators have the capability to export the TriNet Expense user list in Settings > Company Settings > Manage Users. The "Export Users" feature allows Company Administrators to download a CSV file for record. The CSV file includes: email address, first name, last name, approver, next approver, status, and assigned licenses.
Company Administrators can download the "Export Users" list by reviewing the following steps:
1. View Settings > Company Settings > Manage Users.
2. Select the user's email address to download user information in a CSV file.
3. Click "+Export Users" to begin the download.
