*Only the current Owner can transfer account ownership.
To change the ownership of your TriNet Applicant Tracking account, go to the Team tab in the Admin panel.
Click on the Owner’s name under the Current Team Members section.
On the left hand side, go to the “Permission Level” box and click on Transfer Owner account to another user.
An “Assign A New Company Owner To This Account” pop-up window will appear. Please read the “Important!” information before changing ownership.
Next, choose a new Owner by clicking on the name of the person from the drop down box titled “Pick New Owner…”.
Then click on the Change Ownership blue button to complete the transfer.
