Every candidate gets a rating based on their qualifications, relevancy, cultural fit and references.
Our rating system starts at 1 star for a very poor fit to 5 stars which would be a superstar.
(NOTE: In theory, you could give a candidate a zero rating, but it’s probably just easier to mark them “Not Qualified” in the workflow.)
You and your team can give a rating to every candidate in your Talent Pool so that you’ll be able to quickly see at-a-glance how they compare to others.
The “master” rating that appears on Talent Pool page where all the candidates are listed is not stand alone. It will change depending on how well a candidate is rated on both the individual ratings supplied by your team in the Candidate Feedback section as well as any ratings given to them if there assigned to more than one job.
This gives a much more accurate overall rating than just doing it on its own.
