The data vendor that facilitates the integration between TriNet Expense and our supported financial institutions has recently consolidated been consolidated.
What this means for you?
Some credit card integrations have been made inactive, and will discontinue downloading transactions to your TriNet Expense account.
How to fix?
You will need to remove the current inactive integration by following directions below:
1. Login to TriNet Expense
2. Click on the "Accounts" tab in top menu bar
3. Click "Delete Account" button for the integration
Please follow the instructions in the help topic link below to search and the credit card again under the general financial institution name.
For example, Wells Fargo, American Express Credit Card, Chase. This is the name of the card you will need to integrate with for an active connection.
