Currently some users are unable to upload a PDF receipt image in TriNet Expense.
Users will receive an error message stating that "The uploaded filetype (pdf) is invalid."
An invalid PDF notice can be the result of a corrupted file that can occur to during the generation of your original PDF document.
Save your original PDF as a new PDF File.
Programs like Adobe Reader®, Adobe Acrobat® and Foxit Reader® can fix this issue.
Simply opening your PDF and saving it as a new file will remedy this.
After the PDF file has been saved again, please attempt to upload it as a receipt in TriNet Expense.
