New TriNet Direct Pay Vendor / API
TriNet Expense launched a new direct payment (ACH reimbursement) vendor / API for additional KYC Compliance. Companies can sign up for TriNet Direct Pay by viewing Settings > Add-Ons > Reimbursements.
Enable / Disable "User" Role to Setup "My Bookkeeper"
All users currently have the ability to set up their own internal "Bookkeeper". When a user submits to "My Bookkeeper" it will by pass the approval workflow and send it directly to the stated Bookkeeper as an approved report. If you would like to remove this feature for the user's who have the "USER" role in your company, please visit Settings > Company Settings to disable the feature.
Tax Attribute for Advanced Expense Policies
Companies can use "tax" as an attribute for expense policies. The expense policy will flag when the expense contains a tax, does not contain a tax, or cannot be blank. Admins can set the specific tax to be flagged.
Upload Internal Expense Policies as a PDF
Companies can upload a PDF document of their expense policies for their employees to review at any time. Companies can upload the document in Settings > Company Settings > Expense Policies.
Employees can review the document in Settings > Company Settings > Expense Policies.
Custom Client ID and Project ID
Companies who use the custom client and project list can now add an ID associated to each client and each project. Admins can add the IDs in Settings > Company Settings > Clients & Projects.
